Brief Description

This scheme involves the upgrade of approximately 800m of existing single carriageway road together with the construction of approximately 300m of new road linking the Newbridge Inner Relief Route with the Newbridge South Orbital Ring Road. The overall length is approximately 1.1km.

Fehily Timoney Gifford Responsibilities

• Preliminary design of the scheme
• Part 8 planning process under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act 2000 and Local Government (Planning and Development) Regulations 2001, including production of drawings and documentation for public display of the scheme and production of CPO documentation
• Full detail design and contract documents for the scheme
• Assistance to client in administering the tendering procedures for the award of the construction contract
• Project Supervisor (Design Stage)
• Contract Administration
